NEW ONCALL APP USER GUIDE

Setup

iPhone

1. Open the URL: claim.he4rt.co.nz

2. Tap Share

3. Tap Add to Home Screen

4. Open from the new app icon

Android

1. Open the URL: claim.he4rt.co.nz

2. Tap menu (3 dots)

3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen

4. Open from the new app icon

Your login details

• Your login credentials will be sent separately.

• Open the App.

• Username: your hospital login

• Temporary password: [Temp Password]

First login:

1. Sign in with your temporary password.

2. Change your password immediately when prompted (or from Profile/Account settings).

3. Set up passkey after login (recommended).

Passkey setup (recommended):

• Go to Profile/Account > Security > Set up Passkey.

• Use Face ID/Touch ID (iPhone) or fingerprint/screen lock (Android).

• Why this helps: faster login, fewer password resets, and stronger security against phishing.

Submit on-call/afterhours claims

• Open the app and login

• Click the "+Quick Add Claim" button

• Fill out the form checking all details are correct

• Submit

Submit contracts claim

• Open the app and login

• Click "Claim Entry"

• Select "Contract"

• Click "Add Contract"

• Fill out the form checking all details are correct

• Submit
